Whitewater, CA – Three individuals were hospitalized following a rollover accident involving a sedan and a semi-truck on the 10 Freeway in Whitewater on Monday evening. According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 5:51 p.m. on the westbound 10 Freeway, near State Route 62. A sedan collided with a big rig under unclear circumstances, causing the sedan to overturn onto its roof. Fortunately, no one was trapped inside the vehicle . Three occupants of the sedan were transported to Desert Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. One of the car’s passengers was a baby, but it was not immediately clear whether the child sustained any injuries.
