A pickup truck was reportedly entering the ramp when it struck a bicyclist. The cyclist sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was initially taken to CHI Mercy Medical Center. The bicyclist was later transferred to Peace Health Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield for further treatment.
