A tragic two-vehicle collision in Madera County claimed the life of Esmeralda Marcela Gutierrez, an 18-year-old Madera resident. Authorities have confirmed her identity following the fatal crash, which occurred at the intersection of Avenue 17 and Road 28 1/2.
