September 30, 2025 – Buena Park, CA. – A female skateboarder was struck and killed by a vehicle on Tuesday night in Buena Park, according to the Buena Park Police Department. The fatal collision occurred around 7:51 p.m. at 228 West Artesia Boulevard. Responding officers and members of the Orange County Fire Authority found the victim lying in the roadway after being hit by a vehicle. Despite emergency efforts, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene . Authorities confirmed that the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. It remains unclear whether drugs or alcohol contributed to the crash. The Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) is currently examining the cause of the incident.
