Portland, OR, June 23, 2025 – A motorcyclist who died in a collision Monday afternoon in Boring has been identified as 40-year-old Jeremy Alexander Taylor, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office. The fatal crash occurred shortly before 3 p.m. on June 23 at the intersection of Southeast Orient Drive and Southeast Joette Drive. Authorities said Taylor was riding his motorcycle through the intersection when he was struck by a box truck. The specific circumstances leading up to the crash have not yet been determined. Taylor was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the box truck remained at the site and cooperated with law enforcement. Investigators do not believe speed or impairment were factors in the crash.
