Houston, TX,June 17, 2025 – A motorcyclist was killed in a crash involving two vehicles late Monday night in Houston, according to the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division.The fatal collision occurred just before 11:00 p.m. on June 16 in the 12200 block of Westheimer Boulevard.Authorities say the crash began when a Toyota sedan exited a shopping center driveway and attempted to cross the westbound lanes to make a left turn into the eastbound lanes. At the same time, a motorcycle was traveling westbound and collided with the front driver’s side of the Toyota.The impact caused the rider to be thrown into oncoming traffic, where a Honda sedan traveling eastbound attempted to swerve but ultimately struck the motorcyclist head-on.The male rider was pronounced dead at the scene.The driver of the Honda was evaluated by Houston Fire Department paramedics and reportedly planned to seek further medical attention independently. The driver of the Toyota remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
