Livermore, CA, July 15, 2025– The Alameda County Coroner’s Office has identified the innocent victim killed in Tuesday’s tragic crash on Highway 84 as Ryan Joshua Aquino Amigable, a resident of Oakley. The fatal head-on collision occurred at approximately 6:19 p.m. on eastbound Highway 84, just west of Ruby Hill Drive and about three miles east of the 680 Freeway.
