Deschutes County, – November 24, 2025 – Two people were killed late Monday night after their vehicle collided with a jackknifed semi-truck on Highway 20, according to the Oregon State Police. The fatal crash occurred around 9:30 p.m. near milepost 51 under dark conditions. Investigators said a Freightliner truck driven by 32-year-old Rajinder Kumar of Fresno, California, had come to a stop in a jackknifed position, blocking both lanes with its tractor facing eastbound.
