Victoria Manesh

Senior Associate, Culver Legal, LLP

Victoria Manesh is a Senior Associate at Culver Legal, LLP, where she manages a heavy litigation caseload of more than fifty active matters. Her practice focuses on personal injury and complex civil litigation, including cases involving catastrophic injury and commercial disputes. She plays an integral role in trial preparation and strategy, ensuring each case is ready for its day in court.

Before joining Culver Legal, Victoria served as a trial attorney on the defense side, where she handled up to eighty-five cases at a time, including commercial, subrogation, and wrongful death claims. During her time in defense, she observed and served as second chair in three trials, gaining valuable courtroom experience. Her defense background provides her with a unique perspective in evaluating cases, negotiating settlements, and anticipating opposing strategies.
Victoria earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, in three years, graduating summa cum laude and with honors. She later attended Southwestern Law School, where she completed the rigorous SCALE accelerated J.D. program in two years. As a two-time valedictorian in middle and high school, Victoria has long demonstrated the dedication and discipline that continue to define her legal career.

Outside of her legal practice, Victoria is passionate about music and art, and enjoys drawing, playing piano, and spending time with her beloved teacup poodle, Gigi, who proudly serves as Culver Legal’s official mascot.

Victoria is conversational in Spanish and can read and write in Farsi, allowing her to connect with and assist a diverse range of clients.
