Mojave, CA – December 31- A rollover crash on Highway 14 in Mojave claimed the life of a 6-year-old child and left three other people injured on Wednesday afternoon, authorities confirmed. According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 12:41 p.m. on December 31, 2025, in the southbound lanes of Highway 14, north of Phillips Road. Investigators said a 40-year-old woman was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe when she lost control of the vehicle, causing it to overturn into the center median. Three children were inside the SUV at the time of the crash. The 6-year-old child was ejected during the rollover and was pronounced dead at the scene.
