Clarence Nelson and Lisa Nelson Killed in Crash on 10 Freeway at Milliken Avenue in Ontario
Ontario, CA (October 21, 2025) – The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office has identified Clarence Nelson, 76, and Lisa Nelson, 69, both of Fontana, as two of the victims killed in a tragic multi-vehicle collision on the 10 Freeway near Milliken Avenue on Tuesday afternoon. According to reports, the fatal crash involved four trailers and four cars, creating a massive wreck that blocked multiple lanes of traffic. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and confirmed that Clarence and Lisa Nelson were pronounced deceased at the scene. Authorities also confirmed that a third person was killed in the crash, though their identity has not yet been released. The circumstances leading up to the collision remain under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, which is working to determine the sequence of events and whether speed, driver error, or other factors played a role in the deadly pileup.
