Fatal Shooting Under Investigation on Skid Row in Los Angeles

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Saturday morning in the Skid Row neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles. Officers responded to a call around 4:30 a.m. in the 500 block of San Pedro Street, where they discovered a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries. 

Surveillance footage indicates that the victim was involved in an argument with another man shortly before the shooting. The suspect fled the scene, and a detailed description has not been released. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the LAPD as the investigation remains ongoing
