Beaumont, CA – December 12, 2025 – A motorcyclist was killed, and another driver was seriously injured Friday evening following a two-vehicle collision at a busy Beaumont intersection, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash occurred around 4:52 p.m. on State Route 79 at California Avenue. Investigators said a sport utility vehicle driven northbound by 75-year-old Nancy Harding of San Jacinto was attempting to make a left turn onto California Avenue when it collided with a southbound motorcycle operated by 40-year-old Jason Harris of Menifee. The force of the impact threw Harris from the motorcycle, ejecting him onto the dirt shoulder near the southwest corner of the intersection. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the Riverside County Coroner’s Office confirmed.
