Riverside, CA, November 11, 2025 – One person was injured following a multi-vehicle collision on the 15 Freeway near Highway 60 in Riverside on Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The crash occurred around 8:20 a.m. and involved multiple vehicles blocking several lanes of traffic. Emergency crews arrived at the scene to find at least one person with injuries. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment . Authorities temporarily closed portions of the freeway while investigators examined the scene and tow trucks worked to remove the damaged vehicles. The cause of the collision remains under investigation by CHP.

One Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-15 Freeway Near Highway 60 in Riverside

A multi-vehicle collision on the southbound lanes of the Interstate 15 (I-15) Freeway near the Highway 60 interchange left one motorist seriously injured late Saturday night. The crash occurred at approximately 11:00 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).

Preliminary reports indicate the collision involved at least two vehicles, a silver SUV and another car, though the full sequence of events remains under investigation. The seriously injured individual was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center for treatment. No other injuries were publicly reported at this time. CHP investigators are assessing whether speed, distracted driving, or unsafe lane changes may have contributed to the crash
