Westminster, CA – April 29 — A fatal multi-vehicle collision at an intersection in Westminster on Tuesday morning left one person dead and two others injured, according to the Westminster Police Department. The crash occurred at approximately 7:35 a.m. at the intersection of Newland Street and McFadden Avenue. Authorities reported that three vehicles were involved, though the exact sequence of events and directions of travel have not yet been disclosed. One of the drivers was pronounced dead at the scene.
