Rosada Haines Identified as Victim in Fatal Crash on Highway 101 Near Valley Circle Boulevard in Woodland Hills

Woodland Hills, CA – April 22 – Authorities have identified the woman who died in a multi-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning in the Woodland Hills area as 61-year-old Rosada Haines, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office. The collision occurred at approximately 1:36 a.m. on the Ventura Freeway (Highway 101) near Valley Circle Boulevard. Preliminary findings indicate that a black SUV and a black sedan collided and came to rest in the middle lanes of the northbound freeway. Authorities also reported that a black Dodge Charger and another dark-colored sedan were involved in a secondary collision a short distance away.
