Two Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash at DMV Parking Lot
Lompoc, CA – April 29 — Two people, including a pedestrian, were hurt in a multi-vehicle collision at a Department of Motor Vehicles parking lot in Lompoc on Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. The incident occurred around 9:52 a.m. at 1601 North H Street, where the DMV facility is located. Authorities reported that five vehicles were involved in the crash, including a silver Hyundai Elantra, a silver Honda Accord, a Honda Pilot, a red Toyota Camry, and a white Mazda SUV. Emergency crews arriving at the scene discovered a pedestrian trapped between vehicles during the collision. In addition, one occupant inside the Hyundai Elantra sustained injuries. Officials have not released detailed information regarding the severity of the injuries. First responders provided assistance to the injured at the scene before arranging transportation for further medical care. Tow services were requested to remove at least one of the damaged vehicles from the parking lot.
