Westlake, CA – December 7, 2024 – At around 1:00 a.m., two individuals, a female teenager and an adult male, were shot near the intersection of 4th and Western. The victims were found with spray cans nearby, suggesting they were involved in tagging. Authorities believe the suspects, also believed to be taggers, shot the victims before fleeing the scene. The female’s distraught sister made it difficult for LAPD officers to gather information. The suspect was chased to the 2500 block of West 4th Street, and the investigation is ongoing.
