Kay Lynn Dehorney Killed in Long Beach Car Accident at Atlantic Avenue and Harding Street
Long Beach, CA – A woman has died several weeks after being involved in a crash that occurred in Long Beach earlier this month. According to the Long Beach Police Department, the accident took place around 8:30 a.m. on March 8 at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Harding Street. A man driving a 2022 Chrysler 300 was heading southbound on Atlantic Avenue when it collided with a 2010 Pontiac G6 that was making a westbound turn from northbound Atlantic Avenue onto Harding Street. The force of the impact sent both vehicles into the southwest corner of the intersection, where the Chrysler struck a sign and a cinder block wall. The driver of the Pontiac, identified as 58-year-old Long Beach resident Kay Lynn Dehorney, was transported to a hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
