Long Beach, CA – A motorcyclist who sustained injuries in a traffic collision last month has died, authorities confirmed. The victim has been identified as 70-year-old Leonard Tanguay, according to the Long Beach Police Department. The accident occurred at approximately 8:50 p.m. on March 24 at the intersection of Studebaker Road and Atherton Street. Investigators said Tanguay was riding a 2022 Yamaha motorcycle southbound on Studebaker Road when he collided with a 2011 Hyundai that was turning onto Atherton Street. Tanguay was transported to a hospital following the crash, where he later succumbed to his injuries on March 31.
