The fatal crash happened around 11:38 p.m. on June 15 near Roberts Lane and Plymouth Avenue. Authorities said the woman was riding a bicycle when she was hit by a car under circumstances that remain under investigation . Emergency personnel responded to the scene and pronounced the cyclist dead at the location. The driver remained at the scene.
