Pedestrian Seriously Injured After Being Struck by Vehicle at Gage and Vermont Avenues in Los Angeles
Los Angeles, CA, November 10, 2025 – A pedestrian suffered serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle on Monday night in the Vermont-Knolls neighborhood of Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. The collision occurred at approximately 8:24 p.m. on Gage and Vermont Avenues, just west of the Harbor (110) Freeway. Authorities said the pedestrian was walking in the area when they were struck by a passing vehicle under unclear circumstances. Responding personnel from the Los Angeles Fire Department provided medical assistance at the scene before transporting the victim to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated fully with the investigation. The exact cause of the crash remains under review.
