Imperial County, CA – One Killed, Two Injured in Head-On Crash on Forrester Road

On Monday, May 12, 2025, a tragic head-on collision occurred on Forrester Road, north of Keystone Road, in Imperial County, California. At approximately 9:20 a.m., a 71-year-old woman driving a black 2017 Toyota Camry northbound veered into the southbound lane, colliding with a white 2015 Honda Accord. The impact resulted in the Toyota driver being pronounced dead at the scene. The 31-year-old female driver of the Honda and her 1-year-old passenger sustained minor injuries and were transported to Desert Regional Medical Center . Both vehicles were equipped with airbags, and all occupants were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash. The California Highway Patrol is actively investigating the cause of the collision
