3 Injured in Koreatown Crash at Western Avenue and 3rd Street
Los Angeles, CA. – Three people, including a street food vendor, were injured following a violent crash on Monday morning in Koreatown. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the accident happened at around 6 a.m. at the intersection of Western Avenue and 3rd Street. A black Chevy Volt and a red Kia Stinger were involved in a T-bone collision. The force of the crash sent one of the vehicles off the roadway, where it struck a tamale vendor . Emergency responders arrived and transported the injured pedestrian and two others to a local hospital for treatment. Authorities suspect that speed may have been a factor in the crash.
