Mission Viejo, CA, June 26, 2025 – A tragic crash on Tuesday night claimed the life of 32-year-old Anthony Balsamo, who was killed in a motorcycle collision involving a suspected DUI driver at the intersection of Trabuco Road and Via Victoria, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. The fatal incident occurred at approximately 8:22 p.m. when Balsamo, riding a motorcycle, collided with a Ford Explorer driven by 62-year-old Deborah Webb of Mission Viejo. Emergency crews responded quickly, and Balsamo was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Following the crash, Webb was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Investigators are continuing to determine the full circumstances that led to the collision.
