Playa del Rey, CA – Cecilia Milbourne, 29, has been identified as the pedestrian who was fatally struck following a two-vehicle crash in Playa del Rey on Sunday evening, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. The accident happened at around 7:10 p.m. on March 16 in the 8200 block of Vista Del Mar near Shoreline. Authorities reported that two vehicles collided in the area, causing one of them to veer off the roadway and hit Milbourne. Milbourne was pronounced dead at the scene. Additionally, a 70-year-old man sustained minor injuries in the crash.
