Tragically, the three children,6-year-old Serenity Valenzuela, 15-year-old James Valle, and 17-year-old Jezzy Valle, were killed in the accident. The children’s grandmother, who was also in the van, survived. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
