Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash on W 91st Street Leaves One Dead
Los Angeles, CA, July 6, 2025 – A fatal hit-and-run collision claimed the life of one person Friday night, July 6, in the South Los Angeles area. The deadly incident occurred around 9:20 p.m. in the 450 block of West 91st Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. Emergency personnel responded promptly following multiple reports of a serious crash. Upon arrival, first responders found an individual with critical injuries at the scene. Despite their efforts, the victim was pronounced dead shortly afterward. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released pending notification of the next of kin . Authorities reported that the driver involved fled the scene before emergency crews arrived. No suspect or vehicle description has been publicly confirmed, and no arrests have been made as of Sunday.
