Playa Del Rey, CA – A female pedestrian lost her life after being struck by a vehicle following a two-car collision on Vista Del Mar Sunday evening. The fatal crash occurred around 7:10 p.m. on March 16 in the 8200 block of Vista Del Mar near the shoreline, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. A preliminary investigation revealed that a two-vehicle collision caused one of the cars to veer off the road, fatally striking the pedestrian .The woman, whose identity has not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene .Additionally, a 70-year-old man sustained minor injuries in the accident.
