Five Injured in Suspected DUI Crash at Clinton and Marks Avenues in Fresno
Fresno, CA – January 28 – Five people were injured Wednesday night after a suspected DUI-related collision at an intersection in West Central Fresno, according to police. The crash occurred around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Clinton and Marks avenues. Investigators said a vehicle carrying five family members was stopped at a red light when it was struck from behind by another car. Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and provided medical assistance to multiple injured occupants. The family of five was transported to a hospital with varying injuries, including broken bones. Authorities indicated the victims are expected to recover.
