Julian, CA – September 4, 2025 ,Authorities have confirmed the identity of a motorcyclist who died in a collision with an SUV on State Route 79 in Julian.The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as 46-year-old Alfredo Able Trevino of Vista.The crash took place on southbound Highway 79, just south of Harrison Park. Investigators said Trevino had been riding northbound when, for reasons still under investigation, he crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with an SUV.
