The collision occurred around 9:01 p.m. when the rider, operating a 2010 KTM motorcycle southbound on Redondo Avenue, collided with a 2006 Toyota Sequoia traveling east on 11th Street. Despite emergency response, the motorcyclist did not survive his injuries. The crash remains under investigation to determine liability.
