The crash took place at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Goshen Avenue near Mooney Boulevard. Reports indicate that a Nissan Altima crossed the double yellow lines and collided with an oncoming Toyota Tacoma. The driver of the Nissan was transported to a hospital, where they were pronounced deceased. The driver of the Tacoma sustained injuries and was also taken to a hospital for treatment not.
