Concord, CA – August 15, 2025 – A fatal motorcycle accident claimed one life early Friday morning in Concord.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened at around 4:10 a.m. on Highway 242 near the Grant Street exit. A southbound motorcycle lost control, spun out, and was struck by another vehicle. The rider sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
