Fresno, CA – June 28, 2025, Rany Oeur, a 72-year-old woman from Fresno, died following a two-vehicle collision that occurred Saturday morning in southeast Fresno, authorities confirmed. The accident took place around 10:30 a.m. at the intersection of Huntington Avenue and Chestnut Avenue and involved a white Lexus sedan and a black Chevy Camaro. According to the Fresno Police Department, Oeur was a passenger in the Lexus. Both she and the 36-year-old male driver became trapped in the vehicle after the crash. Fresno Fire crews worked to extricate the victims from the wreckage. Oeur was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, where she later succumbed to her injuries. The driver of the Lexus was also hospitalized. The driver of the Camaro, a 26-year-old man, sustained injuries but is reported to be in stable condition.
