San Bernardino, June 26, 2025, CA– A 40-year-old father of six, Michael Siganoff, was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident caused by a suspected impaired driver in San Bernardino on the evening of June 26, 2025. The fatal crash occurred at approximately 8:28 p.m. at the intersection of 5th Street and North Sierra Way. According to the San Bernardino Police Department, a white sedan ran a red light and struck Siganoff’s motorcycle, throwing him from the bike. First responders arrived to find Siganoff down at the scene; he was sadly pronounced dead. A child passenger in the sedan was ejected during the crash and transported to a local hospital with injuries. Authorities later confirmed that the child had not been properly restrained at the time of the collision. The driver of the white sedan, identified as 42-year-old Paulo Cesar Mendez, was arrested at the scene. Police say he was under the influence of narcotics.
