Tragic Head-On Collision on Highway 97 in Klamath County Claims Four Lives
Klamath County, OR (December 26, 2024) – A devastating two-vehicle crash on Highway 97 near milepost 234 took the lives of four individuals, including 21-year-old Trevor Christian McNally and three juvenile passengers, on the morning of Sunday, December 24.
The Oregon State Police reported that the accident occurred around 8:00 a.m. when McNally, driving northbound in his car, veered into the southbound lane, colliding head-on with a commercial vehicle operated by 30-year-old Amandeep Singh of Yuba City. McNally was pronounced dead at the scene, and the three children traveling with him also lost their lives.
Wyatt Charles McNally, 19, of Klamath Falls, was injured in the crash and hospitalized with unspecified injuries. Singh and his passenger, Balraj Lalli, 26, were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The Oregon State Police, assisted by Chiloquin Fire and the Oregon Department of Transportation, is currently investigating the cause of the tragic crash.
