Los Angeles, CA, October 20, 2025– A man was fatally struck by a vehicle Monday night during a police pursuit that ended on the Arroyo Seco (110) Parkway near Highland Park, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. on October 20, when officers were pursuing a man suspected of driving a stolen vehicle in downtown Los Angeles. The suspect drove north onto the 110 Parkway and eventually stopped near the Avenue 43 exit. According to reports, the suspect attempted to exit the vehicle through a window and was struck by oncoming traffic on the opposite side of the freeway. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. The investigation into the fatal crash remains ongoing.
