Alan Casey Identified as Man Killed in Highway 101 Crash Near San Francisco International Airport
San Francisco, CA, July 2 – Authorities have identified the man who died following a vehicle collision Thursday evening on Highway 101 near San Francisco International Airport. According to the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office, the victim was 28-year-old Alan Casey. The crash occurred shortly before 7:00 p.m. on Highway 101 near Millbrae Avenue. Preliminary reports indicate that Casey was driving a Toyota Camry southbound when his vehicle clipped the rear of a white Honda Accord. The impact caused the Toyota to overturn, ejecting Casey from the vehicle. Emergency crews arrived at the scene within minutes and found Casey suffering from major injuries. He was transported to a hospital for emergency treatment but was later pronounced dead.
