Investigators said the Honda collided with the rear of the semi-truck’s trailer, causing the vehicle to veer off the right shoulder and travel beneath the Hosking Avenue overpass. Emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after the collision was reported and pronounced Estrella dead at the location.
