Fresno County, CA. – 13-year-old Blain Chandler has been identified as the victim of a tragic car accident in Coalinga on Tuesday afternoon. The California Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred around 12:30 p.m. on Manning Avenue near Highway 33. Chandler was driving a 2024 Honda Accord westbound on Manning Avenue when, for reasons yet to be determined, he drifted into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a westbound 1995 Kenworth truck tractor hauling dual livestock trailers s.F ollowing the impact, both vehicles caught fire.
