Investigators reported that a pickup truck driven by 74-year-old Elton Garner entered the intersection from a stop sign and struck a moped operated by 65-year-old Daniel Perry. Perry was ejected from the moped upon impact and was pronounced dead at the scene. No additional injuries were reported.
