The accident happened at milepost 131 when 68-year-old Lisa J. Kopetski of Pendleton was driving a Honda CR-V westbound and slowed for traffic ahead. Her vehicle was struck from behind by a Jeep Cherokee. Kopetski was taken to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston with injuries that have not yet been specified.
