Officers responded at approximately 3:45 p.m. to reports of a battery in progress in the 4500 block of Atlantic Avenue. Police said the incident began as a confrontation between the suspect and employees at the business. During the altercation, the man allegedly fought with workers and later attempted to use his vehicle to strike them. Responding officers located and detained the suspect without further incident.
