Motorcyclist Killed in Crash at Highway 26 and Jesus Maria Road in Mokelumne Hill
Mokelumne Hill, CA – May 15, 2025 – A tragic collision claimed the life of a motorcyclist Thursday evening in Mokelumne Hill, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The fatal crash occurred around 4:00 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 26 and Jesus Maria Road. Authorities reported that a motorcycle and a pickup truck were involved in the collision under circumstances that remain under investigation. Emergency responders arrived on the scene and confirmed that the motorcyclist had died from injuries sustained in the crash. The identity of the victim has not yet been released, pending notification of next of kin . The cause of the collision remains unclear.
