Two Men Identified in Fatal Crash at Roseville Road and Tri Stations Road in Sacramento
Sacramento, CA – June 24 — Authorities have identified the two men who were killed in a traffic collision Friday in Sacramento. The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office identified the victims as 47-year-old Salvador Rodriguez Tafoya and 27-year-old Javier Rebolledo Gomez. According to the Sacramento Police Department, the fatal crash occurred on June 19, 2026, at the intersection of Roseville Road and Tri Stations Road. Investigators said Gomez and Tafoya were traveling in the same vehicle when it collided with a second vehicle at the intersection. Authorities reported that Gomez, who was driving, and his passenger, Tafoya, both sustained fatal injuries in the collision. The coroner’s office determined that both men died from multiple blunt-force trauma injuries.
